HELPING YOU MOVE FROM SURVIVAL MODE TO SELF-EXPRESSION

HELPING YOU MOVE FROM SURVIVAL MODE TO SELF-EXPRESSION

does this sound familiar?

You’ve been working hard at staying functional for a long time.

It’s what’s helped you survive, but it’s also taken a lot out of you.

You want to rest, but slowing down feels difficult.

Even when you finally do, your mind keeps moving. You can’t seem to settle.

You crave connection, but it’s hard to find people who really see you.

Many parts of you went quiet, just to get through.

Now, when you try to listen to what you want, all you hear is the noise.

you’re not alone in this.

It’s possible to find your way back, to a steadier, truer sense of yourself.

Therapy is where that begins: slowing down, being met with care, and discovering that every part of you belongs here.

Freedom from stress
space for all

Hi, I’m Shaden

I understand what it’s like to live life in survival mode, to keep functioning while feeling disconnected from yourself. Many people I work with come to therapy feeling stuck, burnt out, or weighed down by anxiety, trauma, or grief. Together, we make sense of what has shaped you in a safe, collaborative environment.

I use a bottom-up approach to therapy. Instead of just talking about your problems, somatic tracking can actually help you process trauma and emotions in the present moment. This approach directly regulates the nervous system.

My goal is to create the conditions where your system can move from a defensive state to one that can fully process core emotional experiences and move through the stuckness. This internal recalibration creates the foundation for a life that feels more grounded and expansive.

there’s space for all of you here
